As a Post-Sales Support Specialist, you will provide the second level of reliable “White Glove Service” to our Hospitality end user clients. You will assist the customer in navigating post sales activities, understanding the support and customer service process, proactively communicate to confirm customer satisfaction, and assist in growing RMR service contracts. You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, and support to assure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively communicate with key end users
- Assist with account set-up and credit applications
