ABOUT THIS ROLE
HCE provides cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management offerings in domains such as Buildings, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. At the heart of these offerings are our core cloud services, which provide the common apps, system-of-record components and building blocks used by the customer-facing application teams as well as HCE operations to make and manage our software.
This position is for an experienced SaaS-oriented Product Manager to steward our next generation identity and access management services. These services include web-based UIs and back-end capabilities that provide the cloud-based security backbone for all of Forge EPM applications. You will be the go-to person to interface with our domain-based product and development teams, as well as HCE Security, DevOps, and Customer Ops to understand, coordinate, define, and deliver these common application platform capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regularly analyze customer / market / technical requirements, where in the application platform team, we solve for both internal and external customers
- Own and drive the process for gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Create near term and long-term Product Roadmap for your application platform area
- Evaluate and recommend build-buy decisions within the organization and work with procurement to conduct licensing negotiations with third party vendors
- Conduct strategic sessions, drive POC efforts, etc., and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborate with feature and component teams during both design and development phases to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
