Summary of Duties:
- This role within the Honeywell FM&T Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC) provides guidance, consulting and expertise for the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration & Environmental Management organization’s electronic supply chain initiative at the Contractor locations to best optimize strategic supply chain tool usage enabling increased program cost savings generated
- Serves as an administrator in the development and maintenance of catalog content and supplier enablement for eProcurement systems, eSourcing websites and spend management applications
- Facilitate & lead user group forums to collaborate across the contractor sites to share best practice information on use of the electronic supply chain platforms
- Develop and use where necessary key process indicators to monitor electronic supply chain platform effectiveness
- Regularly visit contractor locations to identify continuous improvement ideas regarding electronic supply chain platforms to improve user experience on a repetitive basis
- Provide support and training to users and suppliers of electronic supply chain systems, including activities such as setup, reporting, requisitioning, development of electronic RFP's, data enrichment, etc
- Participate / drive the refresh of each electronic supply chain platform maturity path and Technology Roadmap
