The Sr. Director of Global Marketing defines and drives the Marketing strategy and execution across Honeywell Building Technologies Sustainability business as well as Building Solutions (Projects & Service) business with the goal of demonstrating marketing’s impact on revenue and supporting sustainable and profitable organic business growth. The role will define the Marketing strategy, processes and activities with a clear focus and mindset of Digital First while guiding, educating, and training Marketing team members and enabling channel partners across the globe. The role will lead our key digital transformation initiatives such as Thought leadership, Digital properties transformation and Lead to Revenue (L2R). This role will drive best practices leading improvement of customer experience and targeted business outcomes based on customer decision journeys and value propositions. This role is a key driver and lead generating engine to ensure fast, measurable, and incremental business growth across our key verticals and regions. This high-visibility / high-impact role will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and define the Marketing strategy based on business growth targets and priorities
- Define and lead the implementation of strategic digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Website consolidation)
- Manage and drive marketing sponsorship agreements to ensure maximum value creation
- Create marketing and L2R plans for campaigns & product launches
- Lead integration across digital channels (demand gen, e-commerce, support, channel)
- Develop and own marketing KPIs (MQL, MGR, MGP)
- Manage overall Marketing budget
- Improve the user experience across all Marketing channels
- Increase conversions (leads/sales) at a YoY rate greater than organic.
- Propose and manage content strategies that engage our audiences and stimulate sharing
- Partner with Content and Social Media peers to increase positive social mentions and obtain a leading share of voice
- Generate insight and foresight from analytics and identify actions
