Summary of Duties:
- Administers and coordinates formal human resources processes and assignments in support of talent acquisition
- Directly supports one or more managers, and a team of talent acquisition specialists, utilizing knowledge of company operations, policies, and department functions
- Performs primary responsibilities associated with administering and coordinating one or more human resources core processes, focused on talent acquisition
- Serves as focal point for policy and procedure questions
- Assures assigned processes remain consistent with company processes and practices
- Identifies change requirements and recommends implementation plans
- Interacts regularly with HR representatives across the business
- Gathers data from multiple sources and performs moderate to complex analyses, generating reports supportive of organizational metrics and client services
- Maintains functional metrics and visual workplace data and tools
- With direction, exercises understanding of employment laws and regulations, reviews processes in area(s) of assignment(s) to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Provides informed guidance to clients regarding understanding and use of HR applications Interacts, corresponds, and offers direction to candidates and employees
- Prepares and presents materials to HR customers and stakeholders
- May develop and recommend training materials in support of assigned areas
- May prepare some materials associated with sensitive HR processes, such as analysis of Applicant Tracking System reports, talent or diversity analysis, performance management, and divisional metrics
- Performs records custodian responsibilities for one or more HR records systems
- Inputs employee data into Applicant Tracking System or other HR business systems, and ensures confidential handling of sensitive information
