POSITION: Clinical Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Front Office
REPORTS TO: Clinical Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for scheduling all appointments, communicating with patients regarding medication, maintaining product inventory, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPPA.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience in a physician office a plus
3. Experience as a clinical coordinator a plus
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
2. Excellent knowledge of dermatology and skin care treatment.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work as a team member.
5. Well-organized with attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Treats patients and co-workers with respect.
8. Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Primary Duties
- Schedule appointments based on patients needs, checking patients in and out after appointments.
- Recommending skincare products and discussing with patients.
- Having patients fill out paperwork prior to appointment time.
- Returns phone calls to patients, pharmacies, etc., to ensure continuity of communication.
- Checks voice-mail hourly.
- Performs other duties and tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week

- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
