Responsibilities :
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
- Buy materials for the office when necessary
- Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
- Manage legal documents including acquiring client signatures via DocuSign and storing documents electronically.
- Manage Team calendar including scheduling of showings, inspections, and other listing-related appointments.
- Act as point of contact / liaison between agent and transaction manager.
- Create print and digital marketing materials in accordance with marketing plans and listings as needed.
- Run comparables (comps) for clients.
- Ad hoc projects including website creation / management, documenting of Standard Operating Procedures, and planning and executing client events.
- Update and manage the CRM (client relationship management) system.
- Assist agent with personal administrative responsibilities as needed.
