Customer Service Representative (Teller) – Honor Bank
Honor Bank’s Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the face of our thriving, local community bank. In a world where banking can be done digitally—without visiting a branch—an amazing customer service experience is what keeps our customers coming back!
Our CSRs handle a variety of essential tasks, including:
✔ Processing customer transactions (withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, etc.)
✔ Educating customers on our awesome products and services
✔ Performing detail-oriented tasks like balancing ATMs, vaults, and personal cash drawers
This is an entry-level role, and while prior banking experience is not required, cash handling and customer service experience are beneficial.
At Honor Bank, we offer a fantastic growth program, allowing CSRs to advance at their own pace to Personal Banker and Universal Banker roles—both with pay increases! We also prioritize internal promotions, which has helped us build one of the best banking teams in Northern Michigan.
