About the Role:
As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating the financial condition of individuals and businesses applying for credit with the Bank. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing spreadsheets, reports, and financial summaries.
- Providing informed opinions on new, renewal, and existing loans to support our Lending Staff.
This role offers the potential for a hybrid work arrangement (office/remote) after training is complete. Training for this position will be conducted on-site at either our Honor branch or Traverse City–Union Street branch.

- 1-2 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience in a similar role.
- A passion for accuracy, analysis, and collaboration.
