We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing excellent guest relations.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the kwick pos
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards.
