Candidate Requirements :

  • Years of Experience Required : 5 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required : No degree is required to be eligible for this role, preference for a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Disqualifiers : Candidates that aren't able to commit to the role for over a year will not be eligible for the role. This role is hoping to be extended for the full 18 months.
  • Best vs. Average : The ideal resume would contain previous experience creating documenting for various roles, including especially how those roles interact with eachother. Passionate about the role,
  • Performance Indicators : Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines on the timeline they work on creating and making progress in creating documentation and improving processes.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required Years of Experience

1. Minimum 5 years experience with process documentation, creating playbooks for multiple roles and how they intersect with eachother.

2. Minimum 5 years experience with working with cross-functional teams in large organizations.

3. Minimum 3 years experience with AI and automating processes

Able to look at processes and make recommendations for efficiencies from an outside perspective

Hard Skills Assessments

  • Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled : ASAP, potentially same week as 1 / 8 but definitely during week of 1 / 13.
  • Hard Skills Assessment Process : The assessment process will include 3 rounds, an initial first round with the sponsor and two subsequent rounds with other members of the team.
  • Required Candidate Preparation : Candidates should have some previous frameworks and timelines from previous roles ready to share if possible to show off their previous documentation, their organizational skills, and consistency.
  • As we continue to grow our Global Executive Briefing program, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Process Improvement Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing our current business processes by role and by center, making recommendations to refine and simplify them globally. This role is crucial in helping us achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in our operations by also leveraging AI and Copilot to automate certain tasks and documenting the agreed-upon end-to-end engagement processes by role.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing business processes across various departments.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to streamline and simplify processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand their workflows and gather insights.
  • Develop and present detailed reports outlining findings and suggested improvements.
  • Utilize
  • AI and Copilot to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, enhancing overall productivity.
  • Document the agreed-upon end-to-end engagement processes by role, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
  • Ensure that there is a ROB established to keep all documentation up-to-date and reflecting any changes in processes or roles.
  • Assist in the implementation of recommended changes and monitor their impact.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes, best practices, and the use of AI tools.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a business process consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Experience with AI tools and automation technologies.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in a business program management role.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of our industry and business operations.
