Report/Dashboard Developer

The Department of Health Services embedded IT team is looking for a Contractor to develop reports and dashboards for the Adult Correctional Health Program. This will be six-month term with the option of an extension.

The candidate should have experience with:
" Collaborating with business users to identify reporting needs, gather data requirements, and
define key performance indicators.
" Utilizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to prepare data from
multiple sources for reporting.
" Designing and developing user-friendly reports using various tools such as Power BI,
Tableau, or SSRS.
" Designing and developing interactive dashboards using various tools such as Power BI or
Tableau.
" Deploying reports and dashboards to designated platforms and managing access controls.

Technical Skills
" Must be proficient in SQL, data cleaning, normalization, and data aggregation techniques.
" Must have expertise in a specific reporting tool.
" Must understand database management systems and data warehousing concepts.

Qualifications
" Able to establish and meet deadlines.
" Able to communicate well with customers, technical staff, and management.
" Able to establish and execute software test plans.
" Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Business Intelligence
Certificate.
" Experience in Health Services and Social Services is a plus.
" Experience with Electronic Health Records Systems (EHR) systems is a plus
