MUST CURRENTLY BE LIVING IN HAWAII Role and Responsibilities :
SALES
Manage and coordinate all incoming HWT orders via HWTorders@honsador.com and / or phone. Within 2 hours of receiving e-mail or call, customer must receive an acknowledgement that their e-mail or message has been received. Provide all sales quotes for EWP as requested, provide appropriate follow-up. Provide Ops Logistics with all information pertaining to any incoming special orders. Create EWP Sales Orders into Falcon and provide sales order confirmation and pick ticket to Ops EWP for schedule on EWP production board. Email sales order confirmation to customer or other Honsador locations with an ETA within 24 hours. Email delivery confirmations of outer-island BOLs per rack from DC@honsador.com e-mail. Email invoices to customers as requested Generate sales for Clearbor products 1gal and 5gal Create TSO orders and provide quotes to customers as requested (excluding EWP) Assist with inventory cycle counts Reconcile and Manage all Open Orders Reports. Generate pre-approved EWP credits and returns. Scan all HWT documents into Docman (EWP sales Orders, AML inbound information, Matson receiving manifest & treatment charges) Create non-inventory PO’s in Falcon for HWT supplies as needed. All other miscellaneous duties as assigned PRODUCTION :
Manage EWP Production schedule (sales orders provided by Ops Sales) Coordinate completed EWP sales orders for shipping with logistics for shipment scheduling. Generate Stellar cut sheets and consolidate multiple orders when possible. Coordinate and Issue EWP cut sheets to EWP cut crews to complete EWP sales orders. Monitor EWP cut times (Goal vs Actual) in EWP Operations Report. Provide weekly production schedule updates to all Honsador location General Managers. Weekly request from Honsador GM’s / Sales of any larger sold projects to order product and schedule accordingly. Update and maintain the weekly EWP project tracking and provide copy to HWT GM, Senior Director & EWP Design Manager. Reconcile and complete re-man of cut sheets in falcon and Stellar. Invoice all EWP orders. EWP load checking prior to orders leaving the yard. Monitor EWP inventory levels daily and provide replenishment recommendation to EWP purchaser. Approve all EWP inventory orders prior to purchaser ordering from the manufacturer. Review and advise all Honsador GMs of existing aged EWP inventory. Ensure all EWP special-orders are properly tagged and segregated at correct location. Physically verify inbound EWP loads (POD vs. Actual); document any damage or discrepancies. Coordinate and prioritize with treating plant foreman the required EWP treatment needs. Investigate and process EWP inventory adjustments as needed for damaged materials. Conduct regularly scheduled EWP cycle counts per the annual cycle count schedule.
