Bell/Valet Clerk
Position Summary: The Bell/ Valet Clerk position is key in supporting the Honua Kai Condominium Association.
The Clerk is responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to guests/owners as they arrive and leave the hotel. When servicing guests/owners, the Clerk is responsible for being professional, friendly, and helpful, using the "Five Hospitality Standards" of eye contact, a smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, and use the guest's surname.
Day-to-day duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Coordinate assignments for the bell/valet parking attendants.
· Greet arriving guests and owners.
· Verify reservation information for arriving guests and complete check-in process.
· Inform incoming guests/owners on the various amenities available.
· Assist guest/owners with general information.
· Possess knowledge of the area in which the Resort is located to assist guests/owners.
· Keep bell storages clean and neat.
· Ensure that the valet area is kept free and clear for guest/owners' arrival.
· Check and secure guests/owners' luggage until departure.
· Provide other assistance to guests/owners as necessary to ensure the highest quality of service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
