Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Bell/Valet Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle parking and retrieval while ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Manage the flow of traffic in the parking area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of vehicle keys and parking tickets.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding parking services, local attractions, and other guest services as needed.
- Perform routine checks of the parking area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parking operations smoothly.
- Drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission, when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Familiarity with valet parking operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes.
- Ability to drive different types of vehicles, including manual transmission cars.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting is advantageous but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
