Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Your role will also involve assisting with the management of bar operations and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their drink selections.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and tracking usage.
- Assist in budgeting for bar operations, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food pairings with beverages.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently.
- Train and mentor junior staff members or assistant managers as needed.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred.
- Familiarity with culinary concepts and food management practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
- Experience in kitchen management or food service is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $7.00 - $13.00 per hour
