We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and manage our logistics operations for our Corrugated Converting Plant in Walker, MI. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers locally and up to Canada. You will develop and implement logistics strategies, manage inventory levels, and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations, meeting the needs of our customers, internal stakeholders, and business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in logistics management
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant or packaging industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including warehousing, international shipping, and inventory control
- Certification in logistics or supply management preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
