About Hook & Reel

What to expect:
- Taking orders accurately and promptly from customers, ensuring that special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, paying attention to presentation and ensuring that each dish meets quality standards.
- Providing attentive and friendly customer service throughout the dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable time.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Server
- Restaurant/Hospitality experience
- Customer Service experience
