Service Manager

We are looking for a Service/ Bar Manager who shares our deep love for taking guest experiences to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to ensure top-notch service.
• Oversee bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Plan and manage events, including DJ nights, promotions, and special activities to enhance guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing bar operations, with a focus on events and DJ nights.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong background in managing bar inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels.
• Experience in planning and executing events and promotions to drive guest engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional multitasking skills.
• State Mandated Food Manager Certification

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
