The Position:
We are looking for a dependable individual with great attention to detail to join our upholstery team as an Experienced Inside Upholsterer in our Mount Airy, NC location.
This individual will:
- Attach fabric & padding materials to furniture frame.
- Use staple gun and other hand tools such as pneumatic screwdriver, mallet, scissors, and utility knife.
- Use hammering motion to apply material to furniture frames.
- Read production tickets and spec sheets in order to apply material correctly.
Candidates that will be a great fit will:
- Have previous inside upholstery experience.
- Be a hard-working individual that wants a long-term career where they can earn more money as they increase in skills.
- Physically able to stand for up to 8-9 hours per day, Able to lift furniture on and off lift table.
- Have strong hand eye coordination to apply fabric to frames.
- Have good attention to detail and desire to produce not just quantity, but high-quality products.
- Be goal orientated, self-motivated, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift: Monday -Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm and Friday 6:30am-10:30am
Pay: Depending on experience.
