Responsibilities - Product Consultant / Concierge :

Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable guide, helping guests find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Greet guests warmly and create an inviting dealership experience.

Provide personalized concierge service by offering refreshments, checking on deal progress, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Explain vehicle features, lead test drives, and demonstrate technology to enhance the guest experience.

Assist in presenting pricing, financing options, and completing paperwork.

Follow up with guests after their purchase or service appointment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales and service teams to facilitate seamless guest interactions.

Maintain detailed guest notes in the CRM system.

Prospect for new guests and build relationships that drive long-term loyalty.

Qualifications - Product Consultant / Concierge :

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, guest service, automotive sales, or a related field translates well to this position.

A friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Exceptional guest service and communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Coachable and eager / willing to learn.

Thrive in a team atmosphere.

Valid driver's license and good driving record.
