Responsibilities - Product Consultant:
- Greet guests and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
- Guide guests through our vehicle lineup and explain features in a simple, helpful way
- Assist with test drives, paperwork, and follow-ups
- Offer refreshments, check in on deal progress, and ensure a great visit from start to finish
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to create a seamless experience
- Use our CRM to track guest notes and build lasting relationships
- Prospect for new guests and build relationships that drive long-term loyalty
Qualifications - Product Consultant:
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, guest service, automotive sales, or a related field translates well to this position
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Coachable and eager/willing to learn
- Thrive in a team atmosphere
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
