Hooks, Meng & Clement Law Firm is looking for individuals to help with a part-time file organization project scanning and shredding documents. This position is hands-on, and the applicant must have the ability to move 50 pound boxes, push a rolling hand cart, and stand on a ladder. This is a part-time job Monday through Friday 8 am -5 pm. - Scan legal pleadings and enter them into our electronic case management system and ensure that they are properly stored, organized, and internally distributed
- Ensure that confidential information is protected at all times
- Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter, and some PC Qualifications :
- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
- Must be able to type 50 WPM
- Require reliable transportation to and from work Compensation : $15 hourly
