What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Clerk - Part Time - On Call position at Hooks Meng & Clement?
Hooks, Meng & Clement Law Firm is looking for individuals to help with a part-time file organization project scanning and shredding documents. This position is hands-on, and the applicant must have the ability to move 50 pound boxes, push a rolling hand cart, and stand on a ladder.
This is a part-time job Monday through Friday 8 am -5 pm. Maximum hours per week is 29 hours. If you are interested, please apply today, you must have immediate availability to start.
Compensation : 15 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Scan legal pleadings and enter them into our electronic case management system and ensure that they are properly stored, organized, and internally distributed
- Ensure that confidential information is protected at all times
- Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter, and some PC
- Organized and attention to detail a must
