As the Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing and growing the roofing division, driving revenue, and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities : Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement a long-term vision to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Team Leadership :

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

Resource Management :

Oversee personnel, equipment, and material allocation to meet project demands.

Compliance and Safety :

Requirements :

5 years of leadership experience, ideally in operations, preferably within the construction industry.

Experience in roofing operations is a plus.

Proven ability to embody and make decisions based on core values.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email communication, and CRM software (BuilderPrime is a plus).

Physical capability to access rooftops and climb ladders is preferred.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control processes.

Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
