We are looking for a motivated college student, ideally a sophomore or higher, majoring in fields such as Computer Science, Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk, Information Technology, or other related areas. This is a paid internship lasting approximately 12 weeks during the summer of 2025, with up to 40 hours per week and flexibility to accommodate school schedules.

Key Responsibilities You'll Be Involved In Include
- Collaborating with the Technology Support Services team to prepare, configure, and deploy desktop computer systems tailored to user needs.
- Reviewing and updating documentation for Technology Support Services, including knowledge-based articles and technical information on known issue resolutions.
- Point of contact for ordering desktop components and asset management tracking.
- Installing, configuring, and supporting various desktop applications.
- Maintaining records of system setup and deployment records regarding system configurations.
- Preparing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining mobile device management.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the company.
- Working on 3D printing projects - creating items for the Safety & Training department for future training sessions and pieces that demonstrate safety techniques required in the industry.
