Service Desk Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately and in a courteous and friendly manner
- Intake customer vehicles, record problems, identifying service needs, schedule work, assign jobs to service technicians
- Make estimates for wreck repairs and accommodate insurance company inquiries.
- Clearly communicate job status to customer and report progress in a timely manner
- Navigate online parts fiches and catalogs to earmark replacement parts for technicians
- Perform cashier functions
- Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers.
- Assist Service Dept. manager in maintaining a smooth-running, efficient, and clean department
- Maintaining high CSI score. High degree of customer satisfaction is our first priority
Candidates with experience working in a service department is a plus. Must possess a clean driving record with Class "M" motorcycle endorsement, be able to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check. We are an equal opportunity employer.
