Job Summary

Duties

- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients the public.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the serving of legal documents.
- Utilize courier skills for efficient delivery of files and documents as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in legal studies is a plus.
- Previous experience as a process server or in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
