Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and strategic planning. This position is essential in supporting our overall business objectives and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- The Service BDR position is expected to data mine our customer database to generate Service appointments for the dealership.
- The Service BDR is also expected to answer incoming phone calls for the Service department.
- Communicates effectively, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
- Maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up system
- Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
- Makes CSI follow-up calls.
- Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities
- Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
- Constantly update and purify customer records.
- Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
- Ensures that each customer is informed of his/her warranty details and maintenance schedule.
- Explains the hours of operation and location of the service and parts departments.
- Works on service drive contacting customers for test drive opportunities.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
Education and/or Experience
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong PC Skills, comfortable with multiple software systems.
- Hands-on experience with customer management systems and database administration.
