What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Representative position at HOP Energy, LLC?
Coordinates activities of fuel oil delivery, service, and customer service departments to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities, and personnel by performing the following duties personally or through cooperation with other facility personnel.
Function as a customer service rep as needed
Responsible for receiving payments at front desk
Responsible for all branch administrative paper work
Responsible for resolving dollarwise credit issues
Responsible for creating credit reports for answering service
Responsible for pricing agreements ,Gain/Loss report production ,Stop report and customer account terminations
Responsible for daily mail distribution
Responsible for updating service log and filing service contracts
Responsible for EA and Citizens Energy programs
Responsible for customer satisfaction within the branch - ability to directly handle customer complaints
Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings.
Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time. Supports organization’s goals and values
Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan, overtime is required if needed to complete assigned work.
Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word, power point).
Ability to learn different software applications.
High School diploma with 4 yrs experience, or
2 or 4 year college degree with a focus in accounting
Retail oil or HVAC experience is a plus.
