SUMMARY
Supports the equipment installation operation process including scheduling and customer contact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating installation jobs with equipment sales reps and installation crews.
- Communicating with the sales reps daily regarding open installation dates.
- Maintaining an installation schedule.
- Entering leads into a Lead Management Database.
- Communicate with customers to schedule and inform them of the progress of their installation.
- Review sales orders to verify that all paperwork and documents are complete and included in the sales jacket
- Accurately enter customer information and equipment into system
- Insure accurate and timely customer and vendor billing and payment processing.
- Will be required to be available for emergency situations (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Basic excel knowledge.
- Interact with the following teams: Sales, Customer Service, Credit, Outside Vendors
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to read, create and interpret Excel, Word, PowerPoint, reports and presentations as well as industry and company specific programs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
