Hope Auto Company Ford / Chevrolet / GMC is looking for an experienced Service Manager.
Compensation based on previous experience and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of two Service Departments with the Ford / Chevrolet / GMC brands.
- Train, recruit, and develop colleagues to improve Department performance.
- Implement strategy to prioritize Internal and increase turn rate on UVIs.
- Maintain excellent CSI scores for all manufacturers.
- Participate in future planning and development.
- Manage customer pay hours and customer experience to grow business.
- Resolve customer concerns relating to Service.
- Track and monitor multiple KPIs to improve Department performance.
- Participate in weekly performance reviews to enhance productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years Service Manager experience at a franchise store.
- Previous Ford/GM Service Manager experience highly preferred.
- Ability to commute or relocate reliably 5 days a week to Hope, Arkansas.
- Interpersonal skills able to manage multiple locations and personalities.
- Proven track record of success in growing Customer Pay/Warranty performance.
- Proven track record of increasing speed of Internal Pay operations.
