Hope Biosciences Research Foundation (HBRF) is revolutionizing how we treat disease and injury by accelerating translational research in regenerative medicine to develop cures for all. We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Non-Profit Administrator to join our team. The Non-Profit Administrator will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. This role involves working closely with staff, patients, and other stakeholders to maintain the organization's daily activities and support its mission.
Responsibilities
Office Management
Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities
Manage office communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and in-person greetings and sign-ins
Financial Administration
Process invoices, donations, and expenses accurately and promptly
Manage accounts receivables and accounts payable and ensure accurate billing with the assistance of GHCF's Foundation Services
Records Management
Maintain and update donor and stakeholder databases
Ensure all records are accurate, organized, and comply with relevant data protection regulations
Event Coordination
Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and community outreach programs
Coordinate logistics, including bookings, catering, and promotional materials
Volunteer and Staff Support
Help recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers
Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Social Media and Public Relations
Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters, press releases, and social media updates
Maintain the organization's social media channels and communications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, non-profit management, or a related field
Previous experience in non-profit administration or a related role is preferred, but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
