Hope Care & Love HHS/ESVA is looking for qualified, dedicated, dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals for our Residential Group Home. We are looking for (1) Full-Time available from 11P-7A with EOW availability and (1) Part-Time available 7pm-11pm.
The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following:
*DSP certification
*Medication Management Certification
*TOVA trained and certified
*CPR/1st Aide certified
*Able to pass ALL background checks
*Valid, Active Driver's License
Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide essential caregiving services to individuals in group homes and community settings, ensuring their daily needs are met with compassion and respect. Reporting to the program manager, your role will involve assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), patient observation, and maintaining a clean living environment. Your CPR certification and valid driver's license will be crucial in delivering safe and effective support. With your skills in patient care and assisted living, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in group homes or assisted living environments.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Observe and document patient behavior and health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Pay for this rewarding position starts at $15.50/hr.-$16.00/hr.
