Company Description
Hope Clinic Vision Therapy has three locations (Bellevue, Tacoma and Silverdale) and serves patients with helping them achieve their optimal binocular vision. Our patient population includes TBIs, children with reading/learning issues, ADHD, Dyslexia and those who are injured on the job (LNI, WC etc.) We are an out-of-network provider, but have an offsite Biller for patient reimbursement when applicable. We are open Mondays through Thursdays, and enjoy our 3-day weekends!
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in our Bellevue, WA location. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for phone triages, coordinating patient appointments, managing patient records/payments, assisting with LNI approvals and providing administrative support to healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Proficiency in record-keeping
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
