Job Title: Enrollment Specialist Part Time: Employee Position

Job Overview

Under the direction of the Executive Director and Administrative team, The Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in guiding potential clients through the enrollment process, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support to make informed decisions. This position requires a blend of interpersonal skills, project management abilities, and a commitment to educating individuals about available programs and services.

Responsibilities

· Prepare goals and reports for patient enrollment and eligibility

· Maintain excellent client records

· Meet individually with current clients of HOPE to assist them in the completion of new eligibility forms

· Ensure compliance with Community Development Block Grants and Hidalgo County Urban County Program

· Enter client information in the Electronic Medical Records System

· Explain services of HOPE Family Health to potential patients, community and stakeholders

· Plan educational seminars to assist in patient enrollment into sliding scale

· Attend health fairs and patient events

· Meet with the Administrative team to provide feedback regarding best practices in patient enrollment

Qualifications· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.· Background in healthcare or related fields is preferred.· Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis techniques.· Knowledge of marketing strategies to effectively promote programs.· A passion for educating others and making a positive impact in the community.

· Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills

· Must be able to work independently, set deadlines, and submit timely reports

· Excellent customer service with a minimum of one year experience

· Collaborate with community organizations to promote services and expand outreach efforts.

Pay Scale

Base Starting Pay: $13.50/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
