Job Summary:
The Human Resources professional will be responsible for payroll and insurance including maintaining personnel records, employee relations, on-boarding new employees, recruitment, managing benefits, and other office administrative tasks as needed. This position requires excellent organization skills, people skills, and knowledge of and basic understanding of HR.
Qualifications:
Associate/Bachelor degree in Human resources or similar field.
Ability to represent a Christian organization.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
