- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving end-user technology problems.
- Process and manage service desk tickets according to priority and SLA requirements.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and assist users with account management, email configuration, and basic software training.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issue resolution.
- Assist with employee onboarding/off boarding processes including equipment setup and account management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Manage and track IT assets including hardware inventory and software licenses.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Travel to offsite locations for technical support as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years help desk support experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and asset management.
- Clearance from all applicable background checks.
