Your Role
As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide direct nursing care to our long-term and rehab residents along with delegating and supervising the care provided by our outstanding CNA team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feedings and wound treatments.
- Conducting patient observations and monitoring vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes and reporting changes to the RN/NP/MD.
- Documenting patient information accurately in EHR systems and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Supporting patients in long-term care and assisted living environments, fostering a compassionate and safe atmosphere.
