Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Implement agile methodologies to improve project delivery processes and team performance.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Apply lean principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in project management.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management practices and grant management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information for actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
