Position Overview:
We are seeking a Microsoft SharePoint Admin Intern to support our internal digital workspace by optimizing, maintaining, and enhancing our SharePoint environment. This is a 3-month project-based internship where you will work closely with our team to improve document management, collaboration, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities:
• Configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online for internal team use.
• Organize and optimize document libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Assist in developing workflows, automation, and integrations within SharePoint.
• Improve team collaboration by implementing best practices for document management.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues and provide solutions.
• Train team members on SharePoint functionalities and best practices.
• Document processes and create user guides for ongoing reference.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic experience with Microsoft SharePoint (academic or hands-on).
• Familiarity with SharePoint workflows, permissions, and document management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
MUST HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WITH SHAREPOINT
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, or Microsoft Teams integration.
• Understanding of SharePoint security settings and permissions.
• Previous experience in an internship or project involving SharePoint administration.
