Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services and provide timely documentation of progress notes, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries.
Required Qualifications
A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required, along with licensure by the State of Michigan. Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
