YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As our Plumbing Field Service Manager, you're a trusted advisor who works directly with clients to present tailored service options and secure more business for our company. Using your industry knowledge, you diagnose issues with our clients' systems and recommend the appropriate courses of action. You walk clients through their options, answer questions, and encourage them to book the job. A professional attitude is a must, and you always keep customer service at the forefront. You also perform thorough house inspections, recording your observations and demonstrating to clients why we're the best choice.
Here's what we need from you:
- 4 years of plumbing experience
- Active or inactive P-1 or P-2 licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service skills
- Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills
- Track record of growth for individual and company
