DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS MANAGEMENT ROLE

As a Service Manager with our plumbing company, your day kicks off with a lineup of service calls, where you're out in the field meeting customers, troubleshooting issues, and presenting tailored options to solve their specific problems. You're the trusted advisor, guiding each customer through their options and closing leads with confidence and professionalism. In between calls, you dive into home inspections, carefully documenting your findings to build a compelling proposal that makes it easy for customers to say "yes!" to your solutions. Your role is all about creating trust, ensuring quality, and driving success by helping homeowners feel safe and satisfied with every service call.

This full-time management position works Monday through Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with weekends and overtime available.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• Knowledge in plumbing and HVAC
• P-1, P-2, S-1 or S-2 licensure
• Customer service skills (preferred)
• Excellent reading, writing and communication skills (preferred)
• Track record of growth for individual and company (preferred)
