Mental Health Marketing & Outreach Coordinator
Part-Time | 15 Hours Per Week | Hybrid/Remote Possible
Hope & Serenity Health Services, Central Florida’s premier women’s mental health agency, is seeking a Mental Health Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help expand our reach and strengthen community partnerships. This role is ideal for a motivated, initiative and relationship-driven professional with a passion for mental health advocacy and strategic marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Community Engagement (75%)
- Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, and organizations to increase referrals.
- Represent Hope & Serenity Health Services at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility and service accessibility.
- Track and assess outreach efforts using performance metrics.
Marketing & Digital Engagement (25%)
- Assist in managing social media platforms, creating content that aligns with our mission.
- Support website updates, newsletters, and blog content to engage our audience.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to ensure brand consistency and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, outreach, communications, or related field (mental health knowledge preferred).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with social media management, email marketing, and website updates.
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach goals.
