Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs that support the organization's business objectives.
- Maintain current working knowledge of employment law and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO.
- Manage and develop HR personnel to ensure they have the skills and competencies required to deliver high-quality service to the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to build a performance culture that meets the dynamic needs of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and laws governing personnel.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
