Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic HR Partner to join our team. The Strategic HR Partner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals, promote a positive work culture, and drive HR excellence across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process company wide
- Hire and develop HR Team for recruitment and implementation
- Support leadership teams to develop on-boarding training, standard operating procedures.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Update and maintain Employee Handbook to reflect current laws and labor compliance (quarterly review/update).
- Handle payroll bimonthly for employees, and benefits.
- Report to ownership and provide decision support through HR metrics
Requirements:
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong Computer Skills and type over 55 WPM
Education and Experience:
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR Certification Preferred
- 5-8 years of experience as HR consultant

Pay: $100,000.00 - $154,226.00 per year
