Human Resources Manager - New Full-Time Opportunity!
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM

SUMMARY
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead key areas of our human resources operations. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, supporting our employees, and enhancing the overall workplace experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in workers’ compensation, payroll & benefits, and HR leadership functions such as labor relations, performance management, and workplace investigations. You’ll also be responsible for managing our HRIS platform and driving effective change management strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee and manage workers’ compensation claims and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead HR investigations, labor relations matters, and performance management processes.
- Support organizational changes with thoughtful change management planning and execution.
- Supervise HR Support staff for payroll, benefits, medical leave, recruitment, and hiring.
- Serve as the main administrator for our HRIS platform, maintaining accurate records and optimizing functionality.
- Advise leadership and staff on HR policies, best practices, and employment law.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and serve as a strategic partner to departmental leaders.
- Assumes responsibility as a mandated reporter concerning incidents of purported abuse/neglect of individuals as outlined in the agency’s policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance.
- Experience with HRIS systems and an understanding of HR tech best practices.
- Proven ability to lead change and manage complex situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
