Key Responsibilities
- Create an engaging atmosphere that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide transformative therapy experiences.
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
- Document daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
- Cultivate a culture that champions continued skill acquisition, development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
Requirements
- Age 18 or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
