Key Responsibilities
- Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
- Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide effective therapy
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitoring outcomes
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
- Work with children to create an environment that promotes continued skill acquisition and development
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Passed RBT exam and completed Registered Behavior Technician certification
- Passion for working with children, patience, compassionand the desire to advocate for families in the autism community
